How we work
We approach our work with the highest level of seriousness and professionalism. To provide peace of mind for our clients, we require signed contracts for both small and large projects.
For every project we undertake, we request a 50% deposit upfront before commencing work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. This ensures mutual security and transparency throughout the process. Should our clients notice any oversight or imperfection after the project is completed—whether it's a minor touch-up, a paint drip, or any area inadvertently missed—rest assured, we're here to assist. Our team is committed to promptly addressing any concerns and will gladly return to the site to rectify any issues to your satisfaction.
We kindly ask our clients to send us a message detailing their needs. If possible, please include photos or videos for an initial assessment. The next step involves a site visit to better understand the materials required, estimate the duration of the project, and provide pricing. Once approved by the client, we mutually decide on the best start date. Work commences upon receipt of the initial deposit. It's worth noting that our estimates are entirely complimentary.
